Samuel is an MA student in the Department of Economics at the University of Waterloo. His research explores the economic implications of urbanization and land‑development policy in Ontario. Energized by Canada’s 2030 climate‑action goals, he is committed to generating evidence that helps planners design growth strategies that keep communities prosperous, water‑smart, and climate‑resilient.
