About Dominic Barton
Dominic is celebrated for his profound strategic insights and unparalleled expertise in business, governance and economic development. As Waterloo’s Chancellor, elected by the University’s Senate, he presides over convocation ceremonies, conferring degrees to graduates and serves as the University's leading ambassador. Dominic has held leadership positions at McKinsey & Company, served as Canada's Ambassador to China and currently chairs LeapFrog Investments and Rio Tinto.
