Dr. Anu Ondhia is a highly subspecialized optometrist in the Greater Toronto Area, recognized for her expertise in ocular pathology, clinical research, and surgical co-management. A 2007 graduate of Aston University (UK), she completed advanced residency training at the prestigious Queen’s Medical Centre (Nottingham) under global ophthalmic leaders in cornea, pediatrics, and retina. 

Currently, Dr. Ondhia plays a pivotal role at Prism Eye Institute, collaborating with the Glaucoma and Anterior Segment Surgery (GAASS) team under Dr. Ike Ahmed. Her career is defined by a commitment to education; she mentors clinical staff, optometric colleagues, medical students, and surgical fellows through the University of Toronto, and has served as an Adjunct Clinical Instructor for the University of Waterloo externship program. With previous leadership as Clinical Optometric Director at TLC Oakville, she remains a sought-after consultant and ambassador for cataract and interventional glaucoma surgery and a global speaker for industry partners.
