Patrick Matlock, with help from Steph Semson , both from Engineering Computing, will discuss & demonstrate Machine Learning techniques (based on Natural Language Processing) against cybersecurity data.
The Machine Learning topics will include, but not be limited too, Recurrent Neural Network, Convolutional Neural Network, creating synthetic data, and other standard NLP processes.
Some of the work will be shown via components both from a functioning Hadoop system, including a GPU compute node, and a standalone GPU dev system. The components discussed will at least include Jupyter, JupyterHub, spark, Cuda, Zeppelin and transitioning developed python into a functioning production Hadoop.
