This session highlights an exciting new Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) tool called TeamDynamix. An initial pilot has been implemented within IST and we are working on expansion of functionality and rollout to others on campus throughout fall 2017 and 2018. This session will demonstrate what the system could potentially do for you, show how the tool supports PPM practices, and reveal future plans.
