The IST Information and Integration Management team has spent the last year launching and scaling a platform to support ‘Agile Innovation’ operations on campus. We have launched an integrated tool set from Atlassian that supports the capture of knowledge and assignment of tasks across teams. We then added a collaborative chat program called Mattermost to allow just-in-time collaboration. We will talk about how the platform is being used, our approach to service delivery, our vision for the future, and how we see these tools fitting within a broader ecosystem of similar tools on campus.
