Come join the conversation! This is an opportunity to share experiences and get advice on how to navigate the workplace from other women!

The workshop focuses on strategies for responding constructively to micro aggressions and biases. If you’ve ever been told that you only got into your program "because you're a girl”, or you’re sick of being called the "diversity hire" without a witty retort in mind, this workshop is for you! We’ll be covering response strategies that you can use every day -- whether you are the target of a sexist comment or a bystander. This will be an interactive workshop, with lots of group discussion of different scenarios in different contexts.
