When considering work-integrated learning (WIL) across Canada, it's important to highlight and provide WIL programs that support a diverse array of learners. These include students from underrepresented populations (e.g. Indigenous students) and students who have traditionally faced barriers to engaging in WIL, like students with accessibility needs and international students.
As part of the provision of a resource hub, we're also interested in identifying WIL programs that have addressed needs and challenges that are common on a national scale. These challenges include preparing students for WIL opportunities, partnering with employers on an international scale and building greater levels of capacity within individual WIL programs.
