Mahsa Shayan attended the 11th Annual Groundwater GeoMontreal Conference held in Montreal on September 29th - October 3rd.

She was awarded with the 2013 Jozsef Toth Award for Best Student Paper in Canadian Hydrogeology.
Her supervisors are Prof. Neil Thomson of Civil and Environmental Engineering and Prof. Jim Barker of Earth and Environmental Sciences.
