Professor Andrew Kennings places first in the ISPD 2014 Detailed Routing-Driven Placement Contest

ECE professor Andrew Kennings was part of a team that placed first in the ISPD 2014 Detailed Routing-Driven Placement Contest  held as part of the International Symposium of Physical Design.  The contest was sponsored by Mentor Graphics Corporation.
