Visiting Student Readmission Application

Use this form if you are a visiting (incoming) student on an undergraduate Letter of Permission and you have studied at the University of Waterloo previously (have a 8-digit student identification number).

  • If you are a student registered at Wilfrid Laurier University, please refer to your university's cross-registration process.

Application deadlines

  • Fall term admission: July 1
  • Winter term admission: November 1
  • Spring term admission: March 1
