For Quest log in issues: If you are receiving a username/password invalid error on Quest but are able to log in to other services, please review Trouble shooting for Quest log in issues.
For OSAP release issues: Are you waiting for your spring 2024 term OSAP funding to be issued? Ensure you are Fees Arranged and that you’ve completed all the applicable OSAP steps for the school to confirm your enrolment.

What is the impact? During these times Quest will be down and unavailable.
