Astronomy on Tap is a series of monthly events that take place in bars and pubs in more than 50 cities worldwide. They are aimed at the general public and consist of accessible, engaging presentations on space and science, designed to share astronomy in a fun, relaxed, informal environment.

Join us for our June edition of Astronomy on Tap, to sit back, relax, and learn about the Universe from astronomers here in KW, while also having a couple of drinks and a bit of fun. This month we'll be talking about dark matter and dark energy. We'll be joined by Jessie Muir (Perimeter Institute) who will speak about the dark side of the Universe, and Alex Krolewski (Waterloo Centre for Astrophysics/Perimeter Institute) who will discuss using gravitational lensing to map the Universe.
