Remote post handlers - what are they?
Do you know that if you want to send your webform submissions to external URLs, the remote post handler in WCMS 3 makes it as easy as 1, 2, 3? Previously, this required custom modules to do the same, but with remote post handlers, it is only a click away!
Why remote post handlers are the coolest!
This is super useful if you have Customer relationship management (CRM) softwares that you want to post the submissions you have received to. You can post to it and update the information when users submit, update or even delete their form submissions!
How to set one up for your form
Locate the webform you want to post information from, and navigate to the Settings > Emails / Handlers tab.
Select Remote post after choosing +Add handler. After filling out the required details and which element submissions you want to send over, you are all set to post your webform submission results!
