Professor and Executive Director
Daniel Scott is the executive director of the Interdisciplinary Centre on Climate Change (IC3), a professor in the Department of Geography and Environmental Management, and a research chair at the University of Waterloo. Daniel works in the areas of climate change, global tourism, and protected area management. He has collaborated with the World Tourism Organisation, United Nations Environment Programme, and the World Meteorological Organization. Daniel was a contributing author and expert reviewer for several Assessment Reports on behalf of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change.
