Hey! My name is Owen and I’m in a course-based MSc working in Honek’s lab looking at zein protein and modification via transglutaminase for industrial applications related to food and pharmaceuticals. I’m also currently wrapping up my role within industry as Product Developer for a local frozen-meat & plant-based meat manufacturer. In my free time you can catch me running, lifting weights, or playing games (video or board)!
