Undergraduate students

Undergraduate Research Assistants (RAs) are expected to volunteer at least 5 hours a week for a minimum of two terms. Interested students should e-mail Dr. McAuley to see if positions are currently available. If so, students will be asked to forward a completed Research Assistant Application along with their curriculum vitae (cv) and unofficial undergraduate transcript.

Owing to obligations that are inherent in the clinical psychology training program, Dr. McAuley has limited availability to supervise undergraduate Honours theses. Interested students should consult this link, maintained by the School of Psychology. for information regarding student eligibility and a list of supervisors who are considering taking thesis students: https://uwaterloo.ca/psychology/current-psychology-undergraduate-students/psychology-courses/honours-thesis-psych-499

Dr. McAuley is reviewing applications in the 2025 admissions cycle, with a strong preference for students who are  interested in pursuing neuropsychological specialization in the context of our excellent generalist clinical psychology training program. Students are strongly encouraged to review information at this link regarding admissions into the clinical psychology training program: https://uwaterloo.ca/clinical-psychology-phd-program
