Research Summary

Professor Abukhdeir is focused on both industrial and fundamental research on processes involving soft matter, ordered fluids, reacting multiphase flows, and phase transition. His research is based upon continuum models and computational methods that are able to capture industrially relevant scales, multiphysics phenomena, complex geometries, and phase-field methods for simultaneous design/optimization.
