Approval of the minutes of the meeting of February 6, 2014
The minutes of the meeting held on February 6, 2014 were accepted as distributed.
Security Incident Notifications (Jason Testart)
Jason Testart led a discussion on the Open Proxy issue that occurred in the previous week.
- The open proxy issue was dealt with; the other issue was that the person who reported the issue sent notifications multiple times to all of IST.
- All security incidents are tracked in Request Tracker (RT) and at the end of every month, a report is distributed to the security working group.
- For any questions regarding security incident notifications or to be added to the mailing list please contact Jason Testart or Mike Patterson.
Roundtable Report –all
Environment (Marko Dumancic)
- The printer problem reported at the last meeting has been solved.
- We have created a new SharePoint site in the 2013 version; need to populate it now.
Instructional Technologies & Multimedia Services (Andrea Chappell)
- Desire2Learn will be changing over to their new continuous delivery model in April, for early adopters in June. We will be making the switch to that model in April of 2015.

- Continuing work on the form fillable PDF creator. It will now generate reports so that all data input into PDF will be stored in a database for future use.
Math (Robyn Landers)
- Working on the Math Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with IST. The faculty of Math has suggested breaking them into smaller SLAs as opposed to one large one.
- Work is being done to make OAT available to all of campus. For more information on how to be approved for access to OAT you can view the documents on the OAT database and ASIS and canned queries.
