Amanda earned her PhD in Systems Design Engineering at the University of Waterloo working under the supervision of Prof. Keith Hipel and Dr. Amer Obeidi. Her doctoral research detailed an inverse approach to conflict analysis in which a decision-maker's preferences could be ascertained based on observed behaviour. Amanda is currently a Lecturer with the Digital Assets Group in the Faculty of Mathematics where she is eagerly exploring the possibilities offered by online learning.
