FrodoKEM: post-quantum cryptography from learning-with-errors

In this session, we will learn about the post-quantum cryptography scheme FrodoKEM, based on the learning with errors problem. The lecture will include background on the learning with errors problem, the construction of LWE-based public key encryption, and the Fujisaki–Okamoto transform used to achieve security against active attackers.
