Share your input on Discussion and Q&A tools
The EdTech team is seeking feedback from faculty and staff regarding the features and functionality of a discussion and Q&A tool.
We have created a survey where you can indicate whether specific features are:
- Critical (essential or non-negotiable, deal-breaker items)
- Nice to have (important, but would not stop use of the tool)
- Not required

Please note: You will need to login to access the survey. This is only to ensure that users cannot submit the survey multiple times. We will treat responses as anonymous unless you indicate that we can contact you. Use your Waterloo login credentials (i.e. same as what you use for LEARN and other Waterloo systems: username@uwaterloo.ca and your WatIAM password).
We encourage you to share the link to the survey with colleagues interested in Discussion and Q&A tools who may not have joined the EdTech Forum. You could also invite them to join the EdTech forum.
The survey will be open until 4:00pm on Friday, November 6, 2026.
