Xiaofei Zhang received the BSc degree in electrical engineering from the University of Waterloo, Waterloo, ON, Canada, in 2023, where he is currently pursuing the PhD degree in electrical and computer engineering. His research interests include RF integrated circuit design, high-efficiency power amplifier design and linearization techniques, and RF systems.
