You're invited to attend the Friesen Prize Lecture, a public event and panel discussion featuring Dr. Gordon Guyatt, recipient of the 2024 Henry G. Friesen International Prize in Health Research, awarded by Friends of CIHR.

The Office of Indigenous Relations (OIR), University of Waterloo School of Architecture in Cambridge and Southwest Ontario Aboriginal Centre (SOAHAC) will be collaborating for a community gathering and social to be hosted on the evening of February 13, 2025. You will learn how to identify your audience, develop engaging and impactful messages that spark interest and enthusiasm, and use plain language to enhance the accessibility and readability of your work.

As part of the Water Institute's WaterTalks lecture series, Daniel Jaffee, Professor of Sociology at Portland State University, Oregon, US, will present Unbottled: Plastic Water, Inequality, and Water Justice.
