Are you packing lunches again? Struggling to choose an energizing snack when the mid-afternoon slump hits? Find yourself wondering what to make for dinner after a busy day? You are not alone! This workshop will offer time saving tips and easy strategies for planning meals at work, school or home. Resources will be provided to help you implement a realistic meal routine. Stress less when it comes to food prep: shop and plan like a dietitian!

Nicole Pin, MAN, RD (she/her)

Nicole is a registered dietitian with the food services department at the University of Waterloo. She supports the food services team in menu development and nutrition programming with an emphasis on health and wellness for the university community.

W3+ (Waterloo Womxn + Nonbinary Wednesdays) is a community of womxn and nonbinary grad students, post-docs, staff and faculty that meets on the last Wednesday of the month.
