What Were You Wearing? Survivor Art Installation

The Sexual Violence Prevention & Response Office (SVPRO), in partnership with the Sexual Assault Support Centre of Waterloo Region (SASC) is once again bringing the What Were You Wearing on? Survivor Art Installation to UWaterloo on Tues Feb 27 – Wed Feb 28. The exhibit is based on student-survivor descriptions of the clothing they were wearing when they experienced sexual violence.

Designing Exergames for Patients with Osteoporosis

 Eléa Thuiliera, a PhD student at the university of Galway (Ireland), will be presenting a guest lecture on February 29th. Eléa's research aims to design active games (exergames) to increase engagement while improving physical health, and fitting to a population at risk of fall and fracture.

Marlee is a somatic educator, author, and sparkle-loving queer Jewish feminist, who made history in the justice system when her sexual assault case became the 1st in North America to conclude with restorative justice through the courts. She's an award-winning speaker, who has been featured in Forbes, Huff Post, Buzzfeed, and more.
