Are you interested in pursuing a Master’s or PhD and want to learn more about the Engineering Graduate programs offered at Waterloo? Register to join us on Wednesday, June 5 from 2:00-5:00 p.m. for our in-person Engineering Graduate Studies Fair to have all of your questions answered by faculty members, current grad students and admission experts from each department!

Eight student-led teams will pitch to a panel of judges in hopes of winning their share of $20,000 for their ambitious idea! The finalists will take the stage on April 4th in the Theatre of the Arts, Modern Languages Building at 12 – 2:30 pm. Doors open at 11:30 am. Lunch provided.

We invite you to join us on Wednesday, April 3, 2024 for our annual Desmarais Family Summit. The Summit is an interactive exhibition that gives our Global Engagement students the unique opportunity to share their research projects on this year’s theme, “Me and my Robot.”

Building Consent Culture at UWaterloo!

The Innovation Open House Mixer is an opportunity to enjoy some food and refreshments, meet fellow students and aspiring or emerging entrepreneurs, make friends, gain valuable contacts, and build connections to all things Velocity including our people, spaces, and resources.

TQT will host the Quantum Opportunities and Showcase on Thursday, December 14, 2023, at the University of Waterloo. The event will feature panels, presentations and posters. 

Be in the audience as UWaterloo student teams pitch their startup ideas to a panel of judges.

The top 8 teams from across night one and night two will move on to the Velocity $5K Finals on November 30th to compete for a chance at one of four $5,000 prizes in grant funding to help turn their concept into a reality.
