Elevate Your Winter Co-op Experience with Velocity! Get ready to enhance your problem-solving skills and adopt an innovative mindset at our exciting Co-op Innovation Challenge brought to you by Velocity and Co-operative Education. This hands-on event is open to all students from any faculty or program with a co-op component.
Computer Museum Open House
Date: Saturday, October 26 Time: 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Location: DC 1301
Interested in retro gaming and vintage computer systems? Come to the Computer Museum Open House! We'll have a variety of games set up on our functioning systems for visitors to interact with, alongside other artifacts from our collection.
Featuring: History of Computing for Tweens Learn about the history of counting, computing devices, and how an abacus works with a tasty treat! This presentation will be given by Scott Campbell from 1:30 p.m. - 2:30 p.m. in DC 1304.
Kids' Science Open House
Join us on October 26th for an extravaganza of hands-on science discovery for school-age kids. From 10:30 am to 4:30 pm on Saturday, we'll fill the Science Teaching Complex (STC) and EIT with opportunities for kids to explore science! This is a free event.

Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM) Open House
The Quantum - Nano Fabrication and Characterization Facility (QNFCF) and Transformative Quantum Technologies (TQT) will be hosting a TEM Open House on Tuesday, October 29, from 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM at QNC 0101 to celebrate one year of QNFCF's launch of advanced S/TEM capabilities. Join us for a series of engaging presentations covering the latest advancements in TEM technology, sample preparation techniques, and data analysis methods.
