texture measurement.

machine

dimensional
detector.
This
detector
offers
a
140mm
diameter
and
covers
up
to
80
degrees.
The
D8
Discover
also
comes
with
a
design
which
allows
for
easy
use and
minimal
sample
preparation
before
the
test.
With
two
different
X-ray
tubes
(Cr
and
Cu)
measurements
can
be
performed
on
steel,
aluminum,
and
magnesium
substrates.
