Roomwarming + Space Discussion!

Help FemPhys break in our brand new room with a room warming party! We are going to bring lots of snacks and use this as an opportunity to talk about space more generally. Do humans belong in space? What do you think about SpaceX? Just pop in and say 'Hi!!' or stay for the whole time, whatever works for you. All are welcome.

Tea and Talk

Have some tea and hang with the FemPhys community! Bring your lunch, a mug, and a friend to meet some neato folks. There will be loads of tea, including noncaffeinated options.

If you have to leave early or come late, that’s cool! Stop by whenever you can – for half an hour or five minutes. We’d love to see you!

Queer & Trans Science Meetup

All queer and trans peeps in physics, science, or related fields are invited to a QT meetup! When we held this casual event in the spring term, we met so many new faces---it might have been one of the best moments of FemPhys ever to facilitate the meeting of so many new QT friends who could bond over shared interests and experiences in their studies.

So, bring your lunch and your QT self to hang out, chat, drink tea, and make friends!!

This is a casual event---come late or leave early as needed.
