Our research group specializes in theoretical and computational physics and chemistry. Although we actively collaborate with experimental teams, our work is solely focused on theory and computation, and we do not perform experimental research ourselves.
How to Apply
If you are interested in applying for a funded studentship, here are some critical steps to follow:
- Initial Contact: Before applying, please reach out to me informally to inquire about current openings.
- Formal Application: The official application process must be completed through the Guelph-Waterloo Centre for Graduate Work in Chemistry and Biochemistry (GWC2) application process starts here.

Summer and Undergraduate students

Graduate Scholarship
There are several scholarship opportunities for both Canadian (including Permanent Residents) and international candidates. Students who hold OGS Scholarships from the Ontario Provincial Government, or NSERC PGS awards from the Canadian federal government, are eligible for top-up Awards.
