Ashvini is an MSc student in the School of Public Health Sciences at the University of Waterloo. She completed her Honours BSc in Biomedical Science with a minor in Psychology at the University of Ottawa. Ashvini's research interests are multifaceted, leveraging both qualitative and quantitative research methods, Ashvini aims to contribute to our understanding of effective public health interventions. Furthermore, her academic journey has nurtured a passion for exploring the social determinants of health as these factors can have a profound impact on individuals; well-being and health outcomes. As a dedicated student in the School of Public Health Sciences, Ashvini looks forward to contributing meaningfully to the field of public health and helping address pressing health challenges that affect populations worldwide.
