Where do we go from here? Older adults’ perspectives on care options in a post-COVID era. This project will investigate how the pandemic has impacted the perspectives of older adults and caregivers on health care in later life, including home care and long-term care. We will explore how the pandemic has impacted older adults’ strategies to age in place and how older adults and caregivers can be supported throughout the journey of achieving it. The CHOICE Project. Through this project, funded by the Canadian Frailty Network, we examined how to engage older adults in healthcare research, decision-making, and planning. •	Developing strategies and resources to support patient and family engagement with racialized immigrant older adults. Through this project, we investigate how racialized immigrant older adults (RIOAs) are taking a role in their own healthcare, from the perspectives of care providers, older adults, and family caregivers. Developing an in-depth understanding of patient and family engagement across care transitions. With funding from the CIHR, we are investigating how older adults and their family caregivers are engaged in care planning and goal-setting as they transition through the health care system. Often older adults have more than one chronic conditions and require care from multiple providers across multiple settings..
