The Hart Lab, led by Dr Sara Hart (Canadian Excellence Research Chair in Developmental Science), is a research lab specializing in developmental psychology in Canada and the USA. With several past and ongoing research projects integrating theories and methods from developmental psychology, cognitive psychology, education, behavioral genetics and meta science, the Hart Lab actively contributes to understanding how and why people differ in their cognitive development, particularly focusing on reading and math development.
Research and data repository efforts are financed by numerous prestigious grants such as the NIH grant, NATPAT, Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council (SSHRC) and National Science Foundation and LDbase .
