Sessions 4, 5, and 6:

This project will involve participants gathering in the Engineering 7 Atrium on a weekend at the end of the spring 2023 term and/or the beginning of the fall 2023 term to assemble their own computer fan air purifier that can clean shared indoor air of particulate matter such as dust, airborne viruses, pollen, and mold spores. There will be an initial presentation about indoor air quality and different ways to measure and clean indoor air. The rest of the activity will be hands-on, where participants will assemble the provided air purifier materials into a working purifier. We have already received significant interest from the University of Waterloo community and we look forward to hosting this event!
