Enterprise Change Management
Welcome to Enterprise Change Management at the University of Waterloo—your primary source for change management support, information, tools, resources, and programming.
As we look toward Waterloo at 100, we recognize that our institution is entering a decade of significant transformation. Our values—Think differently, Work together, Act with purpose—invite us to approach change with curiosity, collaboration, and intention. To prepare for the University we aspire to become, Waterloo must continue to be flexible, resilient, and agile.
This is especially important as we adopt new institutional frameworks that call for new ways of working, new decision-making approaches, and a shared commitment to navigating change thoughtfully and transparently. In essence, Waterloo must continue to adapt and adopt change in ways that strengthen our community and support our long-term vision.
Under the direction of the Director, Strategy and Operations, the Change Management Advisor provides a streamlined, campus-wide approach to supporting employees through change initiatives of all sizes.
