Welcome to the 14th Annual Southwestern Ontario Industrial/Organizational Psychology and Organizational Behaviour (I/O & OB) Graduate Student Conference website!

This year the conference will be held on Saturday, November 16, 2019 at the University of Waterloo. This day-long conference aims to bring together graduate students who conduct research in I/O psychology, organizational behaviour, and related disciplines to share their latest research and learn from their peers.

This year's conference is sponsored by the University of Waterloo Department of Psychology, the Graduate Studies Endowment Fund, and the Canadian Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (CSIOP).
