This conference is designed to foster connection, collaboration, and professional development among graduate students conducting research in I/O Psychology, Organizational Behaviour, and related disciplines.

About the Poster Session
Our poster session is designed as a networking and discussion forum rather than a traditional presentation. Poster presenters will be grouped into virtual breakout rooms based on research themes, offering the chance to connect, exchange feedback, and share ideas with peers in a supportive environment.
In addition to the live session, all posters will be featured in an online gallery available to attendees before and after the conference.
We welcome submissions including:
