Keeping Well at Work: Creating Community through Esports and Gaming (Workshop on December 3, 2025)

Workshop Overview

Explore the new Warrior Esports and Gaming Lounge with Keeping Well at Work to discover how gaming can boost well-being through stress relief, creativity, identity, and connection.

Whether you're a seasoned gamer or just curious to learn more, this hands-on workshop invites you to explore how play brings people together. From casual competitions to gaming nights, digital play spaces like gaming lounges on university campuses are helping build inclusive communities and support mental wellness for students and staff alike. Now it’s your turn to try it out!

What to Expect

This in-person workshop will begin with a short group discussion and then participants will be invited to explore a relaxed, self-guided gaming experience. Try a team-based esports match, revisit an old favourite, or simply enjoy by watching the action. Check out the Warriors Esports Game Inventory.
