Join a University of Guelph / CAIDP webinar to present and discuss findings of recent research about the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on Canadian humanitarian and development organisations. Conducted by scholars at the Guelph Institute of Development Studies at the University of Guelph, the research surveyed 154 Canadian organisations about the challenges and impacts of the pandemic on their operations as well as collected information about these organisations’ response strategies.

Interdependencies of SDGs - examining carbon systems

This webinar aims to showcase some ways in which Peking University is working towards the SDGs, and the importance of interdisciplinarity. Prof Jie Song will Chair, focusing on topics such as aligning climate change mitigation and clean air policies to maximise health co-benefits; and decarbonising energy conversion by using CO2.

The African Students Association invites students to submit a photo that tells a story from their home country and/or culture.

Students are encouraged to submit a short (50) word story about the photo they have submitted. The ASA will host an exhibition of the photos along with the printed description located in the Fine Arts building’s multi-purpose room.

A contest will be held where the top 3 photos will receive a prize.
