Exchange Art Gallery

Each year hundreds of students visit Waterloo on exchange, or go abroad to study at host countries around the world. In celebration of International Education Week, a gallery of the most vibrant photos from previous Exchange Photo Contests are being showcased. Check them out and vote for your favourite photo in this term’s contest hosted by @uwaterloolife on Instagram

Join us for a hands-on workshop in which we explore the connection of cultural identities and language. Awareness and understanding of what shapes different cultural perspectives is an essential preparation for study, work, and research abroad and in Canada. There will be time to talk with professors and peers over lunch.

Facilitators:
Prof. Emma Betz (Germanic and Slavic Studies) and Prof. David Rozotto (Spanish and Latin American Studies)
