Members of the Katzenback group traveled to the Comparative Physiology and Biochemistry Workshop held at the Elmhirst Resort in Keene, ON. Maxwell Marinos presented his honours thesis research during his oral presentation titled “Characterization of continuous cell cultures from Xenopus laevis skin and their initial interaction with Frog Virus 3.” Eric Le Dreff-Kerwin gave a poster presentation on his honours thesis research titled “Determination of optimal growth parameters for two Xenopus laevis spleen continuous cell cultures.” The Craig lab and the Katzenback will be organizing the 2017 Comparative Physiology and Biochemistry workshop.
