Clinical fatty acid and lipidomic profiling
We have collaborated on clinical projects in Canada, Denmark, Cambodia, Uganda, Kenya and Burkina Faso.
We regularly participate in the Fatty Acid Quality Assurance Program run by the National Institute of Standards and Technology, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the National Institutes of Health of the USA.
We have also worked with industry (ex. Royal DSM, Certo Labs) to assist with analytical challenges and provide insights on fatty acid and lipid nutrition and metabolism.
