Register your alumni WatCard | Libraries

Please complete the following form to register your alumni WatCard with the Library. You will receive official confirmation within two business days from the Library once the card is registered.

Please use your alumni Watcard to complete the registration form. Your expired student Watcard information cannot be used in this form.

You can request your alumni Watcard online, call the Alumni Office at (519) 888-4567 ext. 32038, or complete an application form (PDF) and visit the Watcard Office in person.

Please note that use of these resources is only for personal use and NOT for commercial purposes. Violations of our license terms, including commercial use, by anyone can result in the loss of access to that resource for the entire University community.
