The old version of the Bookings web app is being retired on November 14, 2022. The new Bookings has improved features (e.g., email follows, integrations via Power Automate) that allow for additional customization and simplified scheduling options. Those using the old version will automatically be migrated to the new version, no action is needed by the end-user.
At the beginning of December, the Bookings mobile apps on the Google Play store and the Apple App store will no longer be available for download. Users who already have the mobile app installed will no longer receive support or updates after December 1, 2022. If you want to continue using Bookings on a mobile device, it is recommended to do so via the webpage, https://books.ms on your mobile browser.
