Affordable accommodations have been blocked at Ron Eydt Village (REV) residence on the University of Waterloo main campus. REV is only a five-minute walk from IQC. For additional information about accommodations, please visit the Conference Centre accommodations page. Participants are expected to arrange their own accommodations. Accommodations can be booked through the registration page.
$38.50/night +HST for a single room
$57.50/night +HST for a double room
Please note that double rooms consist of two single beds and in order to receive the double room rate you are responsible for finding your own roommate.
Delta Waterloo Hotel
The Delta hotel is the newest hotel in Waterloo and only a 20-minute walk to IQC. Their amenities include onsite restaurant, in-room dining, gym, pool and complementary internet.
Delta has a negotiated rate set for the conference for $159/night. You can book through Delta's online reservation site.
