Fall 2019 Orchestra Concert

The title for this terms concert is Fancy a Cuppa?  Music from the Glorious Isles.   Pieces include the following:

Vaughan Williams, Fantasie on the theme of Thomas Tallis
Mendelssohn “Hebrides Overture”
Vaughan Williams, “The Lark Ascending”
Mendelssohn Scottish Symphony

The soloist for Lark Ascending is Lance Ouellette, who teaches violin studio lessons at Conrad Grebel and who is the Interim Concertmaster for the KW Symphony.
