Dr. Iker Mancisidor, a visiting researcher from IK4-IDEKO, commented about his six month term in Precision Controls Laboratory as part of a research collaboration program. His interview can be accessed through the following link:
Dr. Mancisidor's research is primarily focused on active suppression of chatter vibrations using electromagnetic actuators. The 'Dynamics Active Stabilised' system he has developed won the Quality Innovation of the Year Award 2015 to Soraluce.
