First-year students are offered 8-month contracts (fall/winter or fall/spring). If you would like to be on campus for winter in residence, we recommend you plan to come for fall as well and have access to all the supports and resources our communities have to offer. We know living in residence is the best place for students to academically succeed regardless of if your classes are online.
Due to the 8-month contracts, winter spaces in residences are not guaranteed unless students are also here for fall. Once fall contracts are confirmed, we will have a better grasp on if we can support first year students only interested in a winter 2021 contract. The Important Dates page will be updated with the application live date when it becomes available.
