For programs that rely on labs for learning, such as some engineering programs, will labs be in person in the fall term?

Some labs and smaller classes will take place in person. Several factors are being considered when deciding which courses can be delivered on campus:  

• Whether the activity can be undertaken safely in-person  

• Whether learning outcomes depend on being in person

• Whether offering in-person components would cause significant delays for students   

Faculties and departments are currently reviewing and developing plans for their course offerings for the fall, and we will announce these plans very soon.
